  The celelebration of Nutrition Month is an annual even in the Philipine every July that promotes awareness about the importance of proer nutritrion and healthy living. At Ilocos  Sur National High School, this observance serves as an oppostunnity to educate students about role of nutrition in their growth, development, and daily performance.With this year's theme focused on encoraging heal their food choices and adressing malnurition, students were inspired to become more mindful of their eating habits. Throughout the month, various fun and educational activities were conducted. Grade 10 students actively participated  in events such as poster making and nutrition Quizzes. I see myself  like a Toog Tree. I say i'm like the Toog because i try to  brave, calm, and, strong. It grows very high and stays strong for a long time. and how i treat others.
